Гантеля Hammer Dumbbell Set, 2 x 22.5 кг

Brings the feeling of a real gym at home!
Train like a pro! With Hammer PU dumbbells you bring the atmosphere of the gym into your home. You don't have to keep changing the weights of the dumbbells; these dumbbells have fixed weights so you can just grab the weight of your choice and start working out!

Advantages of PU protective layer
In addition to grip and durability, the PU (Polyurethane) coating offers another important advantage: if you drop these dumbbells on the floor, they "bounce" much more than regular barbells. In this way, you protect the floor against scratches and damage.

Advantages of dumbbells over barbells
With dumbbells, you train both sides of the body equally. For example, if you are slightly stronger on the right side than on the left side, you can make up much more of this difference with individual dumbbells. In addition, during press exercises, you can stretch the muscles more and you have to stabilize the weights yourself to activate the abdominal muscles more.
