Quad core 4K processor
Intensifies everything you see and hear.
The processor eliminates image noise and creates more dynamic colors and contrasts. Low-resolution images are upscaled and reproduced in near 4K quality. In addition, the processor recognizes when, where and how to optimize the sound. With virtual surround sound, it ensures even more impressive, cinema-like film experiences.

See everything in 4K.
LG UHD TVs convert 2K content into more realistic 4K images by adjusting details, resolution and colors. Enjoy clearer texts and images - without image noise and with improved sharpness.

AI Brightness Control
A clever idea for better television.
A light sensor measures the light in the surroundings, whereupon the processor optimally adjusts the brightness (tone mapping). The smart dimming control and a pixel algorithm sharpen contrasts for the benefit of improved dark images. HDR content is refined by gradations of brightness. In this way, darker scenes are reproduced with impressive contrasts, details and deep colors.

Every genre deserves this sound.
The processor learns from more than 17 million data points and identifies voices, effects and frequencies. So it can automatically adjust the sound depending on the genre and in this way ensures an even more realistic film experience.

In addition, there is now Magic Tap, a clever new trick that connects your smartphone to your television.

Voice command
The linchpin of your comfort.
LG ThinQ enables easy control and monitoring of your home IoT ecosystem using natural speech recognition *. Google Assistant and Alexa are pre-installed so that you can control your LG UHD TV using voice commands and access the media you want more quickly.
