Šiaurietiško ėjimo lazda Enero Classic, 80 - 135 cm

ENERO trekking poles are a perfect way to spend time for every exercise enthusiast. Trekking is becoming more and more popular because all you need are two poles, a little willingness and you can spend your free time actively!

Additional advantages include a profiled handle and a comfortable wrist grip. Thanks to them, long trips to difficult, mountainous areas will become much easier.

When walking with poles, you engage the muscles of your buttocks, lower legs and thighs, as well as your arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen. You get more effective exercise than regular walking. Proper support relieves the spine, so you can move without fear of injury.

Rubber tips - They cushion and reduce the sound of tapping on the surface, protect the tip and limit its abrasion. They work well on hard, smooth surfaces (asphalt, concrete, pavement). Even in winter, on icy surfaces, you are guaranteed stability. The rubber material is resistant to damage and will work well on long routes.

"Plate" tips - They prevent the poles from digging too deeply into soft, boggy surfaces, e.g. mud or sand.

The spearhead cooperates with special rubber pads and provides a stable and safe support point, regardless of whether the poles are used for dynamic walking, long hikes along mountain trails, or wherever the poles are intended to help maintain balance and relieve the knees.
